Usage
You may freely view my web site and use its forms to communicate with me. You may not copy either my text or my images, as all content is copyright protected. You may request the use of images or text by writing to me at emersonstudios1@juno.com
I do not require membership or any other special arrangement with visitors for them to enjoy my galleries.
Custom Caricature Rights
When I draw your custom caricature, you receive full rights to the artwork in its finished and accepted form, once the balance is paid in full.
Making Payments On Orders
When you agree to my quote for your artwork, you may pay me by PayPal using this email address: emersonstudios1@juno.com. Alternatively, you may request me to set up a payment page to PayPal for credit card payments. You don't need to set up a PayPal account to pay me this way.
I ask that half my quoted price be paid with your order. The balance is due when you have approved the final version of the artwork. You may also pay the entire price upfront, if you wish.
Release of Rights and Final Images
I can not release final images until full payment is received. I also retain copyright on all images until full payment is received. Full payment received means the copyright (all rights) for the work I did goes to the client. If paying me by check, the check must clear before the final images and copyright are released.
Linking/Advertising
You may link to my site, but not directly to my images. Ideally, your link should point to my home page (http://caricatures.emersonart.com), but I won't complain should you link to a sub-page. Please contact me about links BEFORE placing them on your site. I am willing to place a link from my site to yours, if I consider it mutually beneficial to do so. I will not link to adult sites of any kind, nor do I want them linking to me.
Advertising on my site must be arranged, so please contact me at support@emersonart.com to work something out.
Privacy Statement
If you give me personal information, I will keep it totally private. I will neither share it with another individual or business or sell it. My site doesn't even use cookies. I respect your privacy AND your right to have nothing added to your computer or changed in your computer just because you visit my site. I am against all intrusive practices.
