Answers
- You may buy all rights to any caricature I have displayed on my site, with some exceptions.
I charge a reasonable fee for all rights, and you may buy them for as many caricatures as you like using this online form...All Rights
You may also buy one-time usage rights for any caricature displayed on my site, again with a few exceptions. You may buy one-time rights using this form...One-Time-Rights
If you want all rights to a custom caricature, I will put this in writing for you. However, I start all custom caricature work with the understanding that the rights belong to the client when he/she accepts the work and pays the balance.
Back To Questions - Yes, but if the changes are extensive, then I will probably
charge you a bit more. I will discuss the changes and the charges with you before making any alterations to the caricature so that we are in
agreement on the price.
Back To Questions - Yes, and appropriate charges will apply. I will discuss the charges with you to make sure you
agree with them.
Back To Questions - Yes, you may ask for extreme exaggeration, subtle exaggeration or any degree of exaggeration in between. Exaggeration doesn't affect price, however.
